Until now, with the exception of our widely talented contributing artists, Saint November has been a one man mission. I’m pleased to announce today that the label is now a team effort. My good friend Tom Clarke a.k.a Tibby (a.k.a Sir Thomas of Clarke) has entered the fray and will be helping to further current activity in 2012.
I first met Tibs back in 2008 in the basement of the ill-fated iBar venue before a show Canada Water was playing, editing photos of New Found Glory that he’d taken a few days earlier. What a show off. Somehow he ended up managing our band for our three year run. He didn’t do a bad job. Together we now manage other artists, some of whom we plan to release via the label later this year.
Tom doesn’t come to the label empty handed. He brings with him ‘Tibby & The Jets’, a superhero clothing line collaboration with Joe Latham (who illustrated our ‘Halfway Between The Gutter and The Stars’ print). Joe is currently busy finishing the first accompanying comic strip. Expect to see it sometime in 2012.
Until then go take advantage of our £8 deal on their first t-shirt over at the Saint November store.. www.saintnovember.com. The deal is only available until next Saturday whilst stocks last.
